Director
Lynne Murray has over 20 years experience working with agencies, small to medium-sized businesses, and corporate clients. Lynne finds great satisfaction helping clients to entertain, inform and inspire their own audience.
Lorraine Connor
Marketing and Project Management
Lorraine Connor has a keen eye for text and images and looks after marketing. As well as being our main content writer for the Listen up page, Lorraine designed the Powerful Voice Over logo. Lorraine has worked for the University of London in executive level administration and has also worked for the University of Valencia as a freelance proofreader. Her languages include Spanish, Italian, French and German.
Sarah Barron
Voiceover Artist
Sarah Barron is an experienced voiceover artist with commercial and corporate clients such as the Scottish Government, UNESCO and STV, and has recorded a wide genre of audiobooks by authors such as Christopher Brookmyre, Val McDermid and Sally Magnusson.
Lorraine Cairney

Lorraine brings her 30 years’ experience of working for large corporate companies to her Voiceover work. As a Voice Artist, she has worked with a broad range of clients: multinational organisations, charities, media, educators and small businesses. Previous clients include Apple, Nivea, Bank of Scotland, Scottish Courts & Tribunal Service.
David Holmes

David Holmes spent over twenty years as a designer in the theatre industry, collaborating in over 150 theatre
productions in the UK, Europe and internationally and understands the importance of communication with an audience across many different cultures. As a voice artist David works on a great many projects including Character work, E-Learning, Corporate Narration & Commercials.
Fiona MacKinnon
Voiceover Artist
Fiona MacKinnon started in voiceover as VisitScotland’s ‘voice of Scotland’. Fiona narrates for corporate films or e-learning modules both for children and adult learning, delivers promos both on TV and radio, and narrates Scottish children’s stories and books. Fiona loves to find herself playing someone else in audio drama roles.
James Sutherland

James Sutherland is a professional actor with over 25 years of experience working in the industry. As a voiceover actor, he has voiced for commercial, e-learning, corporate, promo and audio drama projects. He will soon be appearing in Illuminated Film Company’s animated feature film ‘A Bear Named Wojtek’ in the leading role of Chairman (release date 2023).
John Ricketts

York-based audio professional John Ricketts brings his 15 years of experience in music production to the world of audio. Whether it’s recording, editing, mixing or any other aspect of audio post-production, he will craft a sound tailored to the needs of the client, whilst adding the professional touches needed to make it stand out in terms of quality and characteristics.

Associate Video Filmmaker and Editor
Since graduating from Glasgow School of Art, Bob Rafferty has specialised in creating videos for various businesses, content specialists, event organisers, online training providers and musicians. Bob’s skillset covers a wide array of video expertise such as filming, editing, sound recording, colour grading, composing and sound design.
